Two-Component Program

Services Provided Within This Program Include The Following:

Personal coordinator from the first minutes of contact, speaking English, French, Spanish, German, and Chinese;
Free Skype consultation, clinic/apartment pick-ups
Free egg donor selection in IVMED online electronic database
Medical consultation with fertility specialist / Free Skype pre-consultation (in case of need)
Medical examination and general blood analyses for patients, spermogram
Set of hormonal medications for patient’s ovarian stimulation
Development of individual ovarian hormonal stimulation protocol for the patient, ultrasound monitoring of follicle growth, ovarian puncture, eggs collection under ultrasound control, fertilization with ICSI method
Set of hormonal medications for recipient’s uterus endometrium preparation before embryo transfer (ET), online/offline monitoring
The number of donated oocytes in the program is not less than 8
Thawing of cryopreserved donated eggs (oocytes), fertilization with ICSI method (simultaneously with patient’s own egg cells fertilization)
Cultivation of embryos for 5 days until the blastocyst stage, assisted hatching
Cryopreservation (vitrification) of embryos, sperm, and storage for 1 month
Fresh or frozen embryo transfer
Set of hormonal medications for patient’s pregnancy maintaining up to 12 days (until hCG test) after ET

At least 8 high-quality donor frozen oocytes, ovarian stimulation, and 1 embryo transfer
At least 1 blastocyst in the program, even if the quality of sperm is low
