General medical recommendations before starting egg donation program
- ultrasound scan of the uterus (9-12th day of menstrual period, or on any day in case of menopause)
- ultrasound scan of ovaries (2-3rd day of menstrual period), no need in case of menopause
- immunological tests: CD138, NK-activity, KIR antibody
- ERA test or Eliza
- the microbiome of the uterine cavity for chronic endometritis
- Anti-phospholipid antibodies
- hysteroscopy
